Kamila Kamińska

Psychologist, crisis intervention counselor.
A graduate in clinical psychology and personality at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University (diploma number: 1015001). Currently, she is studying trauma understanding at the Trauma Research Foundation under Bessel van der Kolk.
Conducts individual consultations (in English and in Polish) for people in different types of mental health crises.
With experience in the business environment, She is an academic lecturer in the fields of psychology and management and an author of articles and publications regarding developmental processes and competency management.

Leads workshops for leaders and managers on mental health management in organizations.
She has executed organizational consulting projects related to the efficiency of operational processes (sales and customer service) as well as developmental projects in organizations (training and mentoring).
